Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willing to provide support and respond during emergency situations when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the company’s Security, ensuring effective implementation of security policies, risk mitigation measures and operational excellence.
• Assist in matters related to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).
• Ensuring the company’s landscape and surrounding areas are clean, tidy and well-maintained at all times.
• Lead the management and welfare of employee hostels, ensuring compliance with Act 446 and all relevant statutory requirements
• Oversee all foreign worker matters, including documentation, work permit compliance, transportation and hostel management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
