Role Overview
Lead the retail team and oversee daily store operations to achieve sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain CONS brand standards.

Job Scope

• Lead, motivate, and coach the team to achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and task allocation.

• Monitor sales performance and provide updates, customer feedback, and improvement suggestions to management.

• Ensure customers receive professional product advice and a consistent shopping experience.

• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally.

• Oversee stock receiving, replenishment, stock counts, and inventory accuracy.

• Maintain visual merchandising, product displays, store cleanliness, and brand presentation.

• Ensure accurate cashier transactions, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.

• Train and onboard new team members on product knowledge, selling skills, and store procedures.

• Coordinate with management on promotions, stock requirements, and operational matters.
