What We’re Looking For

• SPM / Diploma or equivalent

• Automotive industry experience is preferred

• Familiar with K1 / vehicle import documentation is an advantage

• Experience in motor insurance renewal is highly preferred

• Experience in vehicle registration / JPJ-related processes is an added advantage

• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office

• Good communication and follow-up skills

• Detail-oriented, organised and able to work under pressure

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

What You’ll Do

• Handle daily sales administration and documentation

• Prepare and manage vehicle sales documents

• Assist with K1 / Customs documentation

• Handle insurance renewal and related documentation

• Coordinate with customers, sales advisors, insurance companies and relevant parties

• Follow up on vehicle registration, ownership transfer and related processes

• Maintain accurate records and filing

• Provide administrative support to the Sales team

• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties when required
