Job Description

Innovasi Anggerik Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced and dedicated CNC Milling Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in 3-axis CNC milling machine operation, program editing and machining processes.

Candidates with knowledge of Mastercam will be an advantage. The level of programming and software proficiency will be assessed based on the candidate's experience and technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and run 3-axis CNC milling machines.
• Edit and modify existing CNC programs according to machining requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Use appropriate cutting tools, workholding methods and machining parameters.
• Perform precision machining according to specified dimensions and tolerances.
• Conduct dimensional inspections using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring tools.
• Identify and troubleshoot machining problems and make necessary adjustments.
• Use Mastercam for program review, editing or programming tasks, depending on skill level.
• Ensure machined components meet the required quality standards.
• Maintain machines, tools and the work area in good condition.
• Complete machining jobs according to production schedules and delivery deadlines.
• Follow company procedures and workplace safety requirements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in CNC milling machining.
• Hands-on experience operating 3-axis CNC milling machines.
• Able to edit and modify existing CNC programs.
• Knowledge of Mastercam is an advantage; proficiency will be assessed during the interview.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Possess a Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM), Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical field.
• Good understanding of machining processes, cutting tools and precision measurement.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Responsible, disciplined, punctual and committed to assigned tasks.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Seeking stable, long-term employment and willing to contribute to the company's growth.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Overtime opportunities available, subject to workload and company requirements.

Benefits

• Salary of RM2,800 – RM3,800 per month, depending on experience and technical competency.
• Overtime pay, subject to applicable regulations.
