Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Proven experience in financial accounting and reporting

Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Good written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is preferred for liaising with stakeholders.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting systems and processes

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, general ledger accounts, and reconciliations

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner

Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards

Monitor and reconcile account balances to ensure accuracy and completeness

Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations

Maintain detailed records and documentation for all financial transactions

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding accounting matters

Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes

Identify and communicate accounting issues and suggest improvements to processes
