• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and related documents

• Process customer orders and ensure timely follow-up

• Coordinate with customers regarding order status and delivery arrangements

• Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and filing systems

• Assist the sales team in preparing reports and presentations

• Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support

• Coordinate with internal departments such as warehouse, purchasing, and finance

• Monitor stock availability and assist in inventory coordination

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures
