Programme Details

• Duration: 18 Months, Full-Time
• Employment Type: Permanent, from Day One with full-time employee benefits

• Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

What You’ll Do:

• Own Your Projects: Take responsibility for assigned tasks and projects in each rotation.
• Analyse & Problem Solve: Gather information, analyse data, and turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Communicate & Present: Prepare reports and share project updates and ideas with stakeholders.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with colleagues from different functions to achieve business outcomes.
• Improve How We Work: Spot opportunities to enhances processes and bring fresh ideas.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university with a minimum CGPA of 3.50
• Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with less than 2 years of working experience
