Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and updating mechanical drawings based on existing designs, sketches and instructions.
• Add title blocks, dimensions, drawing notes and labels according to company standards.
• Prepare component and assembly drawings for manufacturing.
• Check drawings for completeness, accuracy and consistent formatting before submission for review.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from the engineering and production teams.
• Maintain drawing files, revision records and proper documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SOLIDWORKS.
• Able to read mechanical drawings and understand basic dimensioning.
• Careful and attentive to detail, particularly when entering dimensions and drawing information.
• Willing to learn and follow company drawing standards.
• Able to work independently after receiving guidance and collaborate with the team.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Mechanical drafting or manufacturing experience is an advantage but is not essential.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Drafting or a related technical field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with limited working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Training will be provided.

Required Skills:

• Basic 2D CAD drafting.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or SOLIDWORKS.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of 3D modelling, GD&T or manufacturing processes is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

• Drafting: 2 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:
