Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, customer service, sales, retail operations, or a related field.

Supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage.

Confident in handling walk-in customers and online customer enquiries independently.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Able to handle customer complaints, difficult situations, and follow-ups professionally.

Organised and able to coordinate multiple orders and tasks during busy periods.

Familiar with POS, ordering, inventory, and basic computer systems.

Able to guide junior staff and ensure daily retail procedures are followed.

Hands-on and willing to be involved in cashiering, stock, replenishment, and general retail operations.

Handle and oversee both walk-in and online customer enquiries.

Recommend products and support sales opportunities based on customer needs.

Manage online orders, payment follow-ups, delivery, self-collection, and pending orders.

Handle customer complaints and resolve service or order issues appropriately.

Coordinate retail and online orders with the operations team.

Monitor stock availability, replenishment, displays, and stock movement.

Ensure cashier, POS, membership, and promotional procedures are followed correctly.

Guide and support junior retail staff in their daily duties.

Monitor daily retail workflow and ensure tasks are completed properly.

Identify operational issues and report or propose solutions to management.

Assist in staff training, task delegation, and maintaining service standards.
