Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply. 

• Able to understand technical drawings and engineering requirements.

• Good command of English.

• Strong Analytical skills and high ability to absorb difficult technical information.

Responsibilities:

• A. Tooling Engineer

  • Advanced Cutting Tool Selection: Source advanced cutting tools based on process and design requirements.

  • Cutting Parameter Optimisation: Update cutting parameters and perform test cuts for new and existing tools to improve cutting speed and reduce tool wear.

  • Tooling Data Management: Maintain tooling data, including tool geometry, processes and cutting parameters, in the ZOLLER Tool Management System.

  • Production Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot tooling-related issues in production by working closely with engineers and machinists.

  B. QC Engineer (CMM)

  • Measurement Strategy & Programming: Develop measurement strategies and create programs using ZEISS CALYPSO CMM software for complex, tight-tolerance machined components.

  • Program Optimisation: Optimise existing CMM programs to reduce cycle time and improve measurement accuracy.

  • Process Improvement: Utilise new features and capabilities of ZEISS CALYPSO software to improve measurement processes.

  • Measurement Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot measurement discrepancies and resolve measurement-related issues.
