Preferably Diploma in Sales/Marketing or equivalent.

Be Computer literate.

Relevant training in telephone sales.

Good polite & communication skills.

Passionate, hard worker & well-organized professional with power to prioritize & multitask.

Good judgement, discretion & preserve confidentiality

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, helping them manage their workload and achieve sales targets.

Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other materials required for meetings and client interactions.

Process sales orders, ensuring that they are accurately entered into the system and followed through to completion

Monitor order status, handle any issues related to order fulfillment, and communicate updates to customers.

Update status of Sales Team in attaining Sales targets.

Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sales concerns or requests.

Prepare and analyze sales reports, tracking key metrics such as sales performance, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback

Track sales activities and performance against targets, providing insights to the sales team and management.

Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract details.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Gather and relay customer feedback to the sales team and management for continuous improvement.

Support the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations based on sales data and customer interactions.

Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively support the sales team and assist customers

Stay updated on product changes, new features, and industry developments.

Manage the procurement of sales-related supplies and materials.

Be a team player.

Responsible to assist in collection and invoicing to support healthy sales figure
