About the Opportunity

We are hiring enthusiastic individuals to join our retail sales team in the home appliances and electrical category. This role focuses on delivering a positive shopping experience, helping customers choose the right products, and driving sales through effective product recommendations.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and introduce products that match their interests and requirements.
• Understand shoppers' needs and provide recommendations based on product suitability and budget.
• Share accurate details about product performance, functions, pricing, warranty terms, and available offers.
• Demonstrate product features and explain the differences between models.
• Build customer interest and encourage purchasing decisions through consultative selling.
• Work towards individual sales targets and support the team's overall performance.
• Keep the assigned sales area clean, organised, and ready for customer viewing.
• Check product availability and work with outlet personnel to manage stock replenishment.
• Maintain awareness of competitor products, pricing changes, and market promotions.
• Track sales activities and provide regular updates to the supervisor on results and customer feedback.

Skills & Qualifications

• Sales or retail experience is an advantage, but candidates willing to learn are welcome.
• Able to communicate confidently and build rapport with customers.
• Customer-oriented with a genuine interest in product sales.
• Willing to learn product features and develop effective selling techniques.
• Target-conscious, proactive, and committed to achieving sales objectives.
• Punctual, reliable, and professional when carrying out daily duties.
• Able to work well with outlet staff and follow workplace guidelines.
