We are seeking a creative, technically capable, and self-driven Web & Graphic Designer to support our digital presence, branding, and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess strong design fundamentals, practical website development skills, and the ability to independently manage creative projects from concept to completion.

Website Design & Development

• Design, develop, and maintain professional corporate and property project websites
• Create responsive, mobile-friendly websites with strong visual appeal and user experience (UI/UX)
• Manage website content updates, landing pages, and promotional campaigns
• Ensure websites are optimised for performance, usability, and basic SEO
• Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate technical improvements
• Work with website hosting, domains, and content management systems when required

Graphic Design & Digital Content

• Design brochures, banners, social media content, digital advertisements, presentations, and marketing materials
• Develop creative concepts for property branding and digital marketing campaigns
• Maintain consistent corporate identity and branding across digital and print platforms
• Prepare artwork for digital publishing and print production
• Explore AI-assisted design tools to improve creative output and efficiency
  

• Diploma or Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, or related fields
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, Elementor, Webflow, or similar website platforms
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage
• Good understanding of responsive design, UI/UX principles, website structure, and visual communication
• Familiarity with website hosting, cPanel, domain management, and basic SEO is an advantage
• Experience using AI creative tools for graphic design, website content, or digital marketing is an advantage
• Experience in property development, real estate, architecture, or advertising agencies is an added advantage
• Creative, organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple assignments
• Able to work independently, solve problems, and take ownership of assigned projects
