About The Role

The Recruitment Coordinator manages end-to-end interview logistics, candidate tracking, and stakeholder communication. You will serve as the primary operational point of contact across global time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.

What You will Do

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage high-volume individual and panel interviews, arrange calendar invites, book meeting rooms, and handle virtual meeting setups (Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams, Webex).

• Candidate & Stakeholder Management: Communicate interview details, briefing materials, and schedule updates to candidates and hiring teams; resolve sudden scheduling conflicts or technical issues.

• Data Management & ATS: Maintain real-time candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), gather interviewer feedback, and ensure compliance with employment laws and data privacy rules.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline coordination workflows and improve overall recruitment efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience: Over 2 years in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition support, RPO/BPO, or high-volume customer service.

• CEI License Required
