Role Description The Enterprise Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Shah Alam. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging potential enterprise clients and managing the sales cycle from initial contact through closing. Daily activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, preparing proposals and negotiating terms in collaboration with internal teams. The Enterprise Sales Specialist will maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, coordinate sales operations activities such as pipeline management and reporting and work closely with management to develop and execute sales strategies. The role also involves gathering client feedback, liaising with implementation teams and representing the company at industry events or meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation and Sales to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth.
• Strong network with industry players and enterprise clients.
• Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline tracking, forecasting and use of CRM tools.
• Strong Account Management skills for nurturing long-term client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Background in Sales Management or exposure to coordinating sales activities and contributing to strategic sales planning.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Proven experience in B2B or enterprise sales; experience in education or software solutions is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Shah Alam, travel frequently to client locations interstate as required and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
