Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual who enjoys administrative work and supporting sales operations?

Swissma Building Technologies Sdn Bhd @ Seksyen 15, Shah Alam is looking for a dedicated Sales Clerk to join our team. If you have good administrative skills, are comfortable working with Microsoft Office and enjoy handling documentation, we'd love to hear from you!

What We Offer

• Free parking.
• 5 working days per week. (Monday-Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and type quotations, business correspondence and product warranty documents accurately.
• Maintain proper filing systems and ensure all documents are well-organised.
• Coordinate and arrange courier services.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
• Assist in processing and managing bulk orders.
• Attend to incoming telephone calls when the Receptionist is unavailable.
• Carry out other administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in administration, clerical or related roles.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Fast and accurate typing skills, especially for quotations and business correspondence.
• Good filing, documentation and record management skills.
• Well-organised, responsible and attentive to detail.
• Positive working attitude, proactive and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
