• Bachelor's Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in tendering, bidding, or contract administration.

• Experience within infrastructure, civil engineering, building, MRT/LRT, or construction projects is preferred.

• Previous experience working with a Main Contractor will be an added advantage.

• Strong technical understanding of pre-contract and post-contract processes.

• Excellent document management and coordination skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred to support business communication and coordination with stakeholders.

Tender Management

• Coordinate, prepare, and compile tender submission documents, bid proposals, pre-qualification documents, and tender questionnaires.

• Review incoming tender invitations and monitor tender requirements, submission deadlines, project commencement dates, and submission methods.

• Ensure all tender submissions comply with client requirements, formatting standards, and company branding guidelines.

• Manage the checking, binding, packaging, and timely submission of tender documents.

Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with internal departments including Planning, Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Production, and other stakeholders to gather technical and commercial information required for tender submissions.

• Consolidate queries, clarification requests, and supporting documents for submission to clients.

• Collect market intelligence, project references, and industry information to support tender proposals.

• Maintain organised tender records and documentation for future reference and audits.

Business Development Support

• Support the Business Development & Tender team in maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients and business partners.

• Assist with tender-related administrative tasks and contribute to continuous process improvements.

• Perform other duties assigned by management as required.
