Experience in field service, technical support, equipment maintenance or troubleshooting is an advantage.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong customer service and service-oriented attitude.

Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills in both verbal and written English.

Possess own transportation and willing to travel to customer sites.

Location:

1. Shah Alam:  Kawasan Perindustrian Temasya, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor

2. Johor: Taman Austin Perdana, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor

Visit customer sites to install, test, repair and maintain barcode printers and scanners.

Provide technical support for printers, scanners, handheld terminals and related software.

Perform preventive maintenance and regular equipment checks.

Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify the cause and provide the appropriate solution.

Install and configure printer drivers and software.

Attend to customer technical enquiries and explain solutions clearly.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment or solutions.

Prepare and submit service reports after completing service jobs.

Manage and coordinate daily service schedules and site visits.

Prepare quotations and recommend service contracts when required.

Visit customer sites to understand their current equipment, usage and technical requirements.

Maintain good working relationships with customers and provide professional after-sales service.

Carry out other technical and service-related tasks as required.
