Role Description The Outlet Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Shah Alam, responsible for overseeing daily operations at a Pop Meals outlet. This role includes managing staff scheduling and performance, ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene, and maintaining an efficient and safe working environment. The Outlet Manager monitors inventory levels, coordinates with supply teams, and ensures accurate stock handling to minimize waste and avoid shortages. They respond to customer feedback, resolve service issues promptly, and work to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business. The position also involves tracking outlet performance metrics, implementing operational improvements, and supporting company initiatives and promotions.

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering a positive dining experience.
• Proven People Management abilities, including leading diverse teams, coaching staff, and maintaining a respectful, inclusive work environment.
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate with team members, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with Inventory Management, including monitoring stock, reducing waste, and ensuring operational readiness.
• Prior experience in food and beverage, retail, or outlet operations management is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on outlet needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic numeracy and computer literacy for handling reports, point-of-sale systems, and operational documentation.
