Job Description:

As a Sales Executive, you will play an important role in driving company sales by building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and providing suitable solutions to customers. This role requires strong communication skills, sales drive and the ability to develop long-term customer relationships.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM level in Marketing or equivalent.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably within the relevant industry.

• Candidates with or without experience are welcome to apply.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

• Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Strong organisational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Computer literate, able to work independently and a proven team player.

• Customer-focused, result-oriented, highly motivated, proactive and resourceful.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.

• Honest, dependable and maintains high integrity.

• Sensitive to international market trends and factors.

• A team player with a positive attitude and drive to succeed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and build relationships with existing customers.

• Source for new customers and actively prospect for new sales opportunities while building a strong pipeline of potential clients

• Collect and provide market feedback from customers and competitors.

• Attend to customer concerns and provide problem-solving solutions.

• Ensure prompt collection of payments from customers.

• Provide guidance and support to customers.

• Monitor marketing-related operations and maintain good coordination with other departments.

• Establish a good corporate image with distributors.

• Develop understanding and cooperation to achieve timeline objectives.

• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
