Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent disciplined service qualification / experience
• Min 2-3 years’ hands-on experience in an operational management role either civilian or disciplined services or commercial security experience
• Be able to efficiently manage and control the assets of the company.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written
• Computer literate; Microsoft Excel, Words and Power Point.
• Knowledge of financial, commercial, and legal related matters an advantage
• Be willing to work and relocate anywhere in the country.
• Be a customer service people-oriented person.
• Local language skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage guards and handle pressure.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic knowledge of security operations and SOPs.
• Able to work irregular hours, weekends, and emergency call-ins when required.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to sites.

Additional Advantages (Optional)

• Experience in dealing with security guard teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (KDN, PDRM, etc.).
• Ability to prepare operational reports professionally.
