Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in clothing retail or wholesale is an advantage.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Friendly, responsible, honest, and willing to learn.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an advantage.

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

Able to perform basic physical tasks, including lifting, arranging, and carrying clothing stock.

Assist customers with product enquiries, sizing, colours, and availability.

Handle retail and wholesale sales enquiries and orders.

Arrange, replenish, and display clothing products.

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the showroom and sales area.

Build good relationships with retail and wholesale customers.

Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
