• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clinical, administrative, and technical teams.
• Proven ability to work on-site in Shah Alam, manage multiple tasks, and respond quickly to technical issues.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma/degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a healthcare technology, clinical support, or similar regulated environment is beneficial.
