Boost Juice is looking for an energetic, responsible, and positive team member to support the Store Manager in daily store operations. As the 2nd PIC, you will assist in leading the team, maintaining excellent customer service, ensuring smooth store operations, and upholding Boost Juice standards.

Basic Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with Boost Juice procedures.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve daily sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction at all times.
• Monitor product quality, preparation standards, and speed of service.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and task assignments.
• Maintain store hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve issues professionally, and escalate when needed.
• Perform stock management, including ordering, receiving, and inventory checks.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, POS reconciliation, and end-of-day reporting.
• Support training for new staff and maintain a positive working environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in F&B preferred and related position.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.
• Own transport (motor/ car).
• Positive, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Provide complete Resume with Latest Passport Picture size
