Role Overview

At Mobile Kiosk Sdn Bhd, a Marketing Executive for Retail Accounts drives foot traffic, boosts sales velocity, and maximizes brand visibility across a network of tech kiosks and retail outlets. This role focuses heavily on fast-paced smartphone launches, gadget accessory bundling, and high-impact digital and physical in-store activations.

Key Responsibilitie:

• Kiosk Campaign Execution: Plan and deploy monthly promotional campaigns, bundle deals (e.g., phone + casing + power bank packs), and festive/seasonal tech sales across all kiosk locations.
• Tech Brand Visual Merchandising: Coordinate the display of live demo units, secure premium shelf placement, and update digital signage or physical Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) like lightbox posters and security stand displays.
• Brand Partner Collaboration: Liaison with major mobile brands, authorized distributors, and accessory suppliers to secure co-marketing funds (MDF), premium free gifts, and exclusive launch mechanics.
• On-Site Compliance Checks: Conduct regular audits of kiosk outlets to ensure promotional compliance, check stock levels of high-demand gadgets, and gather feedback from frontline sales staff.
• Campaign Data Analytics: Track sales performance, evaluate the ROI of trade discounts, monitor competitor pricing, and compile weekly performance reports for management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of trade marketing or retail operations experience, ideally within consumer electronics, telco, or mobile gadgets.
• Core Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (for sales tracking), strong negotiation skills with mall management/suppliers, and an up-to-date passion for mobile technology trends.
• Mobility: Possession of own transport and willingness to travel frequently to various kiosk locations within the region.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
