Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales activities for paper, packaging, board, and related product portfolios.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Build long-term partnerships with customers across printing, packaging, converting, and manufacturing industries.
• Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activities.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and manage contract discussions.
• Coordinate closely with internal and regional teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales pipeline and achieve individual sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Provide regular sales reports, market updates, and forecasts to management.
• Participate in business meetings, customer visits, and industry-related activities.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Printing Technology, Packaging, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–8 years of B2B sales experience (designation may vary based on experience level).
• Candidates from paper merchant, paper manufacturing, printing, packaging, cartonboard, pulp, labels, converting, industrial materials, or related industries are highly preferred.
• Proven experience in business development, account management, and customer acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and business development activities when required.
• Possess own transport and valid driving licence.
• Existing network within printing houses, packaging manufacturers, converters, distributors, or industrial buyers.
• Familiarity with paper grades, packaging materials, commercial pricing, and supply chain processes.
• Experience handling regional or international accounts will be an added advantage.
