Kerja Sepenuh Masa MANAGER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) : MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY, Gaji tinggi MYR 10,000 di Smartlink Engineering Selangor - Maukerja

Smartlink Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced and capable IT Manager to oversee the company's IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity and technology operations. The successful candidate will ensure the reliability and security of IT systems while identifying opportunities to improve business processes, operational efficiency and technology capabilities in a manufacturing environment.

Current Location : Seksyen 32, Shah Alam

New Location : We will move to Sijangkang, Selangor starting Quarter *************

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, computers, software and related systems.
• Oversee daily IT operations, technical support, troubleshooting and system maintenance to ensure smooth business operations.
• Manage enterprise applications, ERP systems and other business software to support departmental and operational requirements.
• Implement and maintain IT security policies, cybersecurity controls, user access management, data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential risks and implement preventive measures to minimise IT disruptions.
• Lead IT projects, including system implementation, upgrades, integration and technology improvements.
• Identify opportunities for digitalisation, process automation and system enhancement to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Manage IT assets, software licences, vendor relationships, service agreements and departmental budgets.
• Lead and develop IT personnel, establish work priorities and ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
• Work closely with management and other departments to identify technology requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
• Ensure proper IT documentation, policies, procedures and controls are maintained to support governance and business continuity.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably with experience in an IT management or leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, server administration, hardware and software management.
• Experience in cybersecurity, data protection, backup and disaster recovery planning.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, enterprise applications, system integration and IT project management.
• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaborate effectively with different departments.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
