Kerja Sepenuh Masa Finance Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,500 di Giga Maritime Group Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Manage full Accounts Payable (AP) cycle including invoice processing, data entry in NetSuite, payment preparation, and vendor communication
• Ensure timely payments (bi-monthly cycle) and handle urgent disbursements
• Prepare AP Aging Reports and support month-end closing activities
• Handle Marine Insurance processing including data analysis, reporting, and system entry
• Monitor and prepare cash flow estimations (cash outflow)
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register, depreciation, and asset disposal entries
• Manage accruals for port disbursement and direct costs, including journal postings
• Perform PO vs Actual Invoice analysis and investigate variances
• Handle prepayments and deposits, including amortization and reporting-Vessel Insurance/Ship Management
• Prepare monthly corporate tax payments and ensure accurate reporting
• Manage inventory accounting and consumption reporting
• Oversee petty cash, staff claims, and reimbursements
• Handle E-invoicing & self-billing processes via MyInvois portal
• Prepare and submit SST filings in compliance with deadlines
• Support quarterly and yearly statutory reporting (BNM, audit, tax, transfer pricing)
• To do other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s Degree in finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Able to speak and write in English.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field will be an added advantage.
• Strong in numeracy skill and computer skills in LCCI/ACCA, Oracle/OBM system, MS Office Excel is added advantage.
• Flexible, proactive and positive attitudes.
• Willing to learn and embrace changes and challenges.
• A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.
• Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
