Tanggungjawab

1. Digital Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee Ads, email, and other relevant platforms.
  • Set campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets, timelines, key messages, and expected outcomes.
  • Monitor campaigns and optimise targeting, budgets, creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing on advertisements, thumbnails, headlines, product descriptions, audiences, and calls-to-action.
  • Ensure campaigns support company objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales growth.

2. Paid Advertising

  • Manage and optimise advertising campaigns on:
  • Facebook and Instagram Ads.
  • Google Search, Display, and YouTube Ads.
  • TikTok Ads.
  • Shopee Ads and other marketplace advertising platforms.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, GMV, and cost per purchase.
  • Manage advertising budgets responsibly and identify opportunities to improve campaign profitability.
  • Prepare recommendations based on campaign results, customer behaviour, and market trends.

3. Social Media Management

  • Manage the company’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Prepare and maintain a weekly or monthly content calendar.
  • Schedule and publish posts, videos, stories, reels, product content, promotional materials, and announcements.
  • Write engaging captions, headlines, product messages, hashtags, and calls-to-action.
  • Monitor comments, messages, reviews, mentions, and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with the Creative Design, Video, Live Host, and Customer Service teams to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
