Key Responsibilities

• Service Team Coordination: Plan and schedule service visits, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and site activities to ensure efficient deployment of service personnel.
• Service & Project Monitoring: Maintain up-to-date records of ongoing service jobs, project progress, outstanding issues, and pending actions to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Customer Care & Communication: Serve as a key contact for customers, respond to enquiries, provide progress updates, and ensure customer concerns are addressed professionally.
• Work Order & Reporting: Prepare service schedules, coordinate work orders, monitor service reports, and maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Internal Coordination: Liaise with project, sales, procurement, and technical teams to coordinate spare parts, equipment, manpower, and other service requirements.
• Issue Resolution & Follow-up: Track technical issues, coordinate corrective actions with the relevant teams, and follow through until satisfactory resolution.
• Service Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency, customer satisfaction, preventive maintenance, and after-sales support.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental, or a related discipline.
• Good organisational, scheduling, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Able to manage multiple service jobs and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable maintaining schedules, trackers, and service reports.
• Independent, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Willing to travel to customer sites when required.
• Experience in engineering services, water treatment, industrial equipment, or maintenance coordination will be an advantage.
