Job Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and coordinate job orders efficiently and accurately.
• Liaise with customers on order status, delivery schedules, and shipping arrangements.
• Coordinate with Production and Logistics Departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
• Prepare shipping documentation and monitor local and international shipments.
• Arrange and manage shipment schedules with freight forwarders and courier service providers.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities on export documentation and approvals.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with payment follow-ups.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline; knowledge of export procedures and international shipping is an added advantage.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Sales Operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Able to coordinate effectively with internal departments, customers, and external service providers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
