Job Description

Requirements

  • Friendly, responsible and willing to learn

  • Able to communicate in Mandarin

  • Comfortable handling and serving alcoholic beverage.

  • Able to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays

  • Experience is not required; training will be provided

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve customers

  • Take food and beverage orders

  • Introduce and recommend sake to customers

  • Serve food and drinks

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the dining and bar areas

  • Assist with daily restaurant operations
