Purpose of the Role
The retail channel is becoming more important and the Trade Marketing Manager will drive the ethical
sales in the trade retail channel. He/She will drive the success of the effective marketing, handle all
trade activities, merchandising, promotion programs and engagement with Retailers to drive sales and
help them differentiate our company’s products against competitors in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Developing Trade Marketing strategies aligned with the brands’ strategy
Executing the Trade Marketing plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage the
Trade Marketing budget
Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store
planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities
Leading and implementing channel specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers
Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in
collaboration with marketing and sales teams
Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility
Visiting the points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are
respected
Maintain customer relationships for future purchases
Promote and ensure team adhere to Zuellig Pharma’s core values when carrying out day-to-day
responsibilities and interactions

Strong experience in trade marketing, brand activation, and channel management.
Excellent stakeholder management and customer relationship building skills.
Proven track record in executing successful trade promotions and in-store campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Effective project management and budget planning capabilities.
Results-driven with a passion for growing brands and delivering commercial success.
Must have
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or Brand Management.
Proven track record in executing successful trade promotions and channel marketing initiatives.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience within Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, FMCG, or Distribution industries will be an added advantage.
