Your Role

We are looking for experienced professionals to support Salesforce client engagements. Depending on your background and strengths, you may contribute as a Senior Developer, Architect or Project Manager. You will help clients design, implement and deliver Salesforce solutions that support their business processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop or oversee Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients
• Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions and technical designs
• Contribute to solution architecture, platform development or project delivery
• Support Salesforce configuration, customization and integrations
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage delivery
• Support testing, documentation, deployment and continuous improvement
• Use AI-assisted approaches to improve solution design and implementation

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of client-facing IT consulting or enterprise technology delivery experience
• Professional experience delivering Salesforce projects
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM solutions, business processes and platform capabilities
• Depending on your focus: Salesforce development, solution architecture or project management experience
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components or integrations is an advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confident professional English, analytical thinking, ownership and an AI-first mindset
• Reference letter from your most recent employer required
