Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.

Candidates with experience in sales and technical specifications within a similar industry are highly preferred.

Proficient in reading and comprehending construction and architectural drawings (including schematic and 2D drawings).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Fluent in English and Malay (mandatory). Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Willing to travel and open to covering other regional territories if required.

Attend to, service, and promote company products to all relevant stakeholders.

Maintain good relationships with clients by identifying their needs and developing appropriate strategies to meet them.

Responsible for preparing proposals, providing solutions, and handling technical specifications and tender documents.

Conduct product briefings and organize presentations/workshops for clients. Liaise with clients on all technical aspects.

Identify and gather new business opportunities/potential leads and expand the client network.

Gather market intelligence for the Manager by closely monitoring market movements.
