Minimum Diploma in administration or any equivalent field.

Minimum 2 years of total experiences with minimum 1 year of working experience in sales administration or sales environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Offices such as word, excel, powerpoint, outlook, etc.

Possess good understanding of sales procedure flow and process.

Able to communicate and coordinate well with all levels of people.

Good in statistics calculation and analysis.

Able to perform work with the minimum supervision, independent and willingness to learn new things.

Familiarity with administrative or sales related tasks.

Assist in managing overall sales admin operation for the company.

Work closely with the salesperson related to sales administrations support.

Monitor dealer’s collection or allocation and dealer ordering or incoming stock.

Responsible in preparing sales order, key in sales order into NAV system, check account and do activation when required.

Monitor dealer incentive payment schedule.

Liaise with other department, provide allocation to relevant department for bike preparation.

Manage Approved Permit distribution and dealers collection.

Assist in coordinating shipment arrival and sales billing.

Assist in preparing event report and sales meeting minutes.

Provide admin support to dealer incentive trip / campaign.

Support event/campaign/sales activities during the weekend as and when required.

Communicate and liaise with the dealers from time to time and handle inquiries from dealers.

To support HR related works in the Department ie. check staff attendance, staffs claims and others.

Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the company from time to time.
