Position Title: Operation Supervisor

Department: Operation

Job duration: 1month -6 month

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of workers on site and assign daily tasks according to the client's instructions.
• Act as the main point of contact between Rembau Movers and the client's site supervisor.
• Record daily attendance and working hours, and get the attendance sheet signed by the client every day.
• Prepare and submit the daily job report to the client and the Rembau operations team.
• Obtain the client's written approval before any overtime starts, and keep OT records accurate.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and make sure all workers follow site safety rules and wear the correct PPE.
• Report any incident, near miss or worker issue immediately, and complete incident reports within 24 hours.
• Manage absences and arrange replacement workers together with the operations manager.
• Make sure workers' site passes, safety passports and PPE are valid and in place.
• Join the weekly performance review with the client and follow up on action items.
• Handle worker discipline, punctuality and conduct on site.

Pay: RM150.00 - RM170.00 per day
