Responsibilities

Client advisory

• Listen to client needs and assess priorities to match appropriate services and outcomes.
• Explain options clearly and honestly, highlighting trade-offs so clients can decide with confidence.
• Follow up after delivery to confirm satisfaction and capture referral or repeat business opportunities.
• Tailor recommendations to client budget, timeline and longer term goals for practical fit.

Sales & targets

• Own individual sales targets, manage your sales pipeline and close deals that align with client needs.
• Prepare proposals, quotes and payment arrangements while keeping commercial guidelines in mind.
• Track conversions and customer feedback, and report trends that help improve our approach.
• Drive repeat business by maintaining client relationships and encouraging referrals.

Operations & CRM

• Enter and maintain accurate client records, transactions and case notes in the CRM daily.
• Manage sales documentation and payment processes to ensure timely invoicing and clean records.
• Coordinate handovers and escalate client issues to advisors or operations for prompt resolution.
• Use CRM workflows to schedule follow ups and close administrative loops efficiently.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• 1 to 3 years of relevant sales or customer service experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proven track record interacting directly with clients and handling enquiries end to end.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college or tertiary qualification preferred.
• Comfortable working full-time or on a flexible schedule in a performance-driven, customer-facing environment.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Good understanding of sales techniques and processes, especially consultative selling approaches.
• Practical experience using customer relationship management systems to log activity and track opportunities.
• Strong product or service knowledge, or the ability to learn technical details quickly and explain them plainly.
• Experience handling basic payment processes, documentation and simple invoicing workflows.

Soft Skills & Qualities
