Role Description The Account Finance Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Shah Alam. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring accounts, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. The role involves handling financial reporting, ensuring accurate recording of transactions, and supporting GST-related compliance and submissions. The Account Finance Executive will collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights, assist with budgeting and forecasts, and help maintain proper documentation and internal controls. The role also includes preparing reports for management, resolving finance-related queries, and supporting continuous improvement of accounting procedures.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Finance and be able to prepare and interpret Financial Statements.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess experience in Financial Reporting, including preparing accurate and timely reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Candidates should possess good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications are an advantage.
• Candidates should possess the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
