Role Description

1. Lead and manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities.
2. Source, evaluate and develop reliable local and international suppliers.
3. Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, lead time and commercial conditions.
4. Manage RFQ, quotation comparison, PR, PO and supplier documentation.
5. Ensure timely procurement and expedite materials, spare parts, equipment and services according to project requirements.
6. Monitor supplier delivery, quality, cost and performance.
7. Work closely with Project, Engineering, Operations, QA/QC, Warehouse and Finance teams.
8. Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers to minimize procurement and supply-chain risks.
9. Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
10. Lead and improve the company’s supplier network and procurement strategy.

Qualifications

1. Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years’ relevant procurement experience, preferably in engineering, railway, manufacturing, M&E or heavy industry.
3. Strong negotiation, supplier management and cost-control skills.
4. Experience in sourcing technical materials, spare parts and engineering components is an advantage.
5. Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
