Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As part of the Picturepark DAM support team, you will:
• Organize incoming user requests and training sessions
• Solve basic user questions via email or live demos
• Support the system owner and key master users with data clean-ups, minor system updates, and fixes)
• Update of metatag values lists
• Update of system communication, e.g., system messages, system email templates, database dashboard, and similar
• Manage and maintain the assets of our newly developed employer brand (EVP) in Picturepark
• Facilitate the roll-out and implementation of the employer value proposition (EVP) by supporting local communication teams with asset-related questions
What You Need to Succeed
• Minimum of two years’ experience in providing user support for digital platforms (like Picturepark)
• Experience with basic data maintenance, metadata tagging, and value lists management
• Some experience with HTML/CSS
• Proficient in working with Microsoft Office 365
• Highly organized, self-motivated team player with the ability to work on own initiative
• Excellent oral and written English skills are a must
