• Assist in Monitor Security Events.
• Assist in Security Issue Troubleshooting.
• Assist in User Access Management.
• Assist in Incident Documentation.
• Assist in Update Security Policies.
• Assist in Antivirus & Endpoint Protection.
• Assist in Network Security Monitoring.
• Assist in Firewall & VPN Management.
• Assist in Vulnerability Scanning.
• Assist in Backup and Recovery Monitoring.
• Assist in Support Compliance Efforts.
• Assist in Incident Response.
• Assist in Security Awareness.

Job Specification:

Basic Qualification: Currently pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Experience: Introduction to Computer Security and Data Communication/Networking.

Skills:

1. Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
• Familiarity with antivirus software, firewalls, and encryption tools.
• Basic understanding of networking and operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).

2. Soft Skills

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
