Currently pursuing a degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize task effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

High level of confidentiality and ethical standards

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills.

Assist in recruitment process, including job advertisement, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with training sessions.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist with the administration of employee benefits.

Help organize and coordinate HR events and activities, including team-building exercises and staff recognition programs.

Provide support in drafting HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.

Assist in conducting employee surveys and analyzing the results to identify areas for improvement.

Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing ideas and providing administrative support.

Respond to employee inquiries and provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Assisting in ad hoc task given by the HR team and filing document for HR department.
