QA/QC Executive(Bukit Rahman Putra Industrial Park, Sungai Buloh)

Responsibilities:

· Perform quality inspection for in process production(Welding/Grinding Process) and incoming & outgoing raw materials and finished goods.

· Maintain proper inspection records in accordance to ISO requirements

· To follow work schedule or other and submit report to Head of Department

· Participate in internal and external complaints or quality issues solving.

· To coordinates with other Departments.

· Qualification from IKM /UNIKL/GMI/ GIAT MARA / IKBN / ILP are encourage to apply.

Requirements:

• Welding and Quality Inspection course are encouraged to apply.
• Min Education level : Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent
• Min 1-3 years' experience as QA/QC in a manufacturing field
• Must be computer literate – MS Word & MS Excel
• Oversee QC tasks, ensuring proper documentation of records and prepare monthly reports QA/QC department.
• Good working knowledge of Quality Assurance/ Quality Control/ Inspection in manufacturing or equivalent industry.
• Proposing improvements to the production process.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and to work as part of team.
• Determining the causes of product defects and reworks.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required in QA/QC.
• Available to overtime / work if required
• Willing to work under pressure
• Able to read technical drawing.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment.
• Good knowledge and communicate in English is an advantage
• Good knowledge basic in ISO 9001.
• Candidates must possess own transport.
