Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or a related field.

Able to communicate confidently with customers in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Comfortable handling both walk-in customers and online customer enquiries via WhatsApp or other online platforms.

Responsible, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks during busy periods.

Basic computer knowledge and able to learn POS, ordering, and stock systems.

Good customer service attitude with the ability to handle enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.

Willing to work in a hands-on retail environment, including stock checking, replenishment, and product arrangement.

Handle walk-in customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and provide good customer service.

Reply to online customer enquiries, take orders, follow up on payments, delivery, self-collection, and pending orders.

Assist with cashier duties, POS transactions, membership enquiries, and promotional offers.

Coordinate online and retail orders with the operations team to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time.

Monitor product availability, replenish stock, arrange displays, and report low-stock or out-of-stock items.

Follow up with customers when necessary and assist in resolving customer complaints or order issues.

Support daily retail operations, promotions, stock checks, and other store-related duties.

Maintain accurate customer and order information and ensure proper communication between the retail and operations teams.
