SPM, Diploma or above education.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry.

Fresh graduate also can apply.

Strong Communication Skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.

Excellent Interpersonal Skills.

Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.

Excellent Problem-solving Skills.

Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Willing to travel within Klang Valley.

Oversee the daily operations of a specific area of the store.

Manage and motivate a team of employees.

Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.

Train and develop new employees.

Create and maintain a positive work environment.

Monitor and track employee performance.

Address customer complaints and concerns.

Maintain accurate records and reports.

Contribute to the development and implementation of store goals and objectives.
