Kerja Sepenuh Masa Accounts Assistant (Commercial - Promotion), Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Mayora Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Assist in checking and verifying marketing and promotional expenditure.
• Check that expenditure is properly authorised and within the approved budget, where applicable.
• Verify expenses relating to advertising, social media, digital marketing, promotional activities, events, printing, gifts and other marketing activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of marketing expenditure for accounting, audit and tax purposes.
• Check staff claims against receipts, invoices and supporting documents.
• Assist in conducting accurate monthly physical inventory counts.
• Perform any other related duties that may be assigned by the superior/manager from time to time.

Requirement:

• SPM/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or a related field
• Minimum 1– 2 years of similar working experience.
• Knowledge in FMCG commercial environment would be an added advantage
• Computer literate (MS Office) and experienced in SAP Accounting will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
