Job description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented
ProjectAdministrator
to support our construction projects. You will assist projectmanagers and site teams with documentation, scheduling, coordination, andreporting to help keep projects running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to project managers, engineers, and site teams.
Maintain project files, drawings, contracts, permits, and correspondence.
Update project schedules, trackers, progress reports, and action logs.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
Assist with site access arrangements and coordinate communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Track purchase orders, delivery records, invoices, expenses, and other project documents.
Help prepare and submit construction documents, including requests for information and progress claims.
Maintain safety, quality, and compliance records as required.
Support document control by distributing current drawings and recording revisions.
Monitor deadlines and flag delays, missing information, or issues to the project team.
Perform general administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
Previous experience in project administration, construction administration, or a similar role is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with construction documents and project workflows is an advantage.
Work arrangement
