The Mission: Develop sustainable Optimization business throughout Malaysia by cultivating new customer relationships and promoting advanced service products to existing customers, aiming to achieve targeted sales revenue within the designated territories. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the company's long-term growth by identifying customer needs, offering effective solutions, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

About the Role

Optimization Business Responsibilities

• Conduct visits to pre-qualified leads and understand their specific operational requirements.
• Present audit results clearly and professionally to customers, highlighting potential savings and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare detailed quotations and follow up diligently to ensure successful conversion and closure, especially emphasizing monthly sales targets.
• Identify and prospect new channels and partners when relevant product or pillar managers are unavailable.
• Provide comprehensive training to AIRnet installers, ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, installers, and planners concerning invoicing and project coordination.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys post-delivery to evaluate and improve service offerings continuously.
• Monitor competitor activities and pricing models to strategically position Atlas Copco solutions in the market.
• Collaborate proactively with Keep Fit SSE and other internal divisions to identify and cultivate new business leads.

Common Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive records of customer bases, sales activities, opportunities, quotations, and leads in the C4C pre-sales tool to ensure effective pipeline management.
• Develop and present digital marketing content in collaboration with the communication team, ensuring professionalism and alignment with brand standards.
• Submit monthly reports on Airnet business activities to Regional Business Development Manager and Business Line Manager to track progress and insights.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen cordial and constructive relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Engage in continuous self-improvement concerning job-related competence, personality, and behavior to maximize professional growth.
• Work closely with the Credit Department to enhance receivables performance and minimize overdue payments.
• Take ownership of additional tasks and projects as assigned by the immediate superior, demonstrating agility and commitment.

Experience and Knowledge Requirements

• Possess 3-4 years of techno-commercial experience within an industrial environment, demonstrating the capability to bridge technical knowledge with commercial objectives.
• At least 2 years of proven sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience with energy audits, energy-saving solutions, and after-market sales is advantageous, underpinning the ability to offer comprehensive optimization services.
• Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with technical/professional software and tools relevant to compressed air systems.
• Strong presentation skills to effectively convey technical information and business value propositions to diverse stakeholders.
• Good understanding of compressed air terminologies and basic piping design concepts, facilitating accurate communication and solution design.
• Ability to create basic technical drawings using AutoCAD is a plus, supporting visual and conceptual sales presentations.

Educational Requirements

A degree or certificate in a technical or marketing discipline is required to ensure adequate grounding in both product knowledge and sales methodologies pertinent to the role.

Location

The role can be based in etiher one of the 3 branch offices which is Shah Alam(HQ), Johor Bahru or Penang, Malaysia, with the responsibility of covering national role.
