Primary Focus

• Execute shift operations and enforce discipline to meet targets

Scope of Work

• Assigned production area or shift execution and control

Objectives

• Deliver shift targets through strict execution, discipline, and team control

• Execute daily production plan on the shopfloor

• Assign tasks and manage operator deployment

• Ensure operators meet output and quality targets

• Enforce discipline, attendance, and work standards

• Ensure strict adherence to SOP and process requirements

• Maintain 5S and workplace organization

• Identify and resolve operational issues within shift

• Escalate abnormalities to Production Controller

• Monitor team performance and take immediate corrective action

• Take immediate action on any discipline or performance issue

• Manage attendance and ensure sufficient manpower for shift
